I have to post about this and my facebook friends must be so sick of hearing about it.
As of tomorrow, I have been busting my arse trying to loose weight and get fitter for a little over one month. So far, I have lost 7 kilos, which is a little over 15 pounds. I have never lost weight before, as I'm pretty lazy and LOVE sugar and junk food. I HATE running and have always just eaten wherever I want.
So, I am really proud and I'm pretty sure Allie appreciates the lighter weight too! My goal is to loose a total of 18 kilos (39 pounds) to get right smack bang in the middle of the healthy weight range, so I have a bit to go yet, but I'm getting there!
